I’m one of those lucky ones, from an early age I found art, craft & fabric and can now combine them.  I love to write and have written articles for local magazines. Textile Art has cemented its place in my repertoire of consuming interests and my aim is to spread the creatives by writing about people, resources and techniques here at Addicted2Fabric.

I belong to a Textile Art Group called Reddy Arts, which meets in Redcliffe, Queensland.  We meet and play and create and generally have a great time. I love coming up with an idea or challenge, or being challenged by the ideas and energy of the others in the group.
Mother to 3 teenage boys and wife of a Kiwi living in a quiet seaside suburb of Brisbane, Australia. Between my family’s sports adventures that take me near & far, and my love of the water and anything blue I sometimes even manage to finish a Textile Piece! …and sometimes it comes out just the way I wanted it to!
